Gault&Millau's review 2025

This beautiful barn in a quiet neighborhood, with its flower-filled garden, is a guarantee of quality country-style dining. Everything is fairly classic and reassuring, but well worth the toque for the professionalism of the team and the consistency of the plate. A textbook hollandaise with egg and ratatouille, a well-made but somewhat banal celery hake, a pleasant vacherin with good raspberries from Pineau. Diligent service, a little stilted, quite a rich cellar from the nearby vineyards.
