The large dining room, with its impressive ceiling, offers space and comfort, ideal for romantic tête-à-tête and business meals... The weight of history is in no way intimidating, and the thoughtfulness and good humor of the seasoned staff instill a pleasant lightness. Frédéric Robert's unaffected cuisine is perfectly in tune with the spirit of the place: wise and well behaved. Freshness and delicacy are assured with the precisely seasoned crab meat. The nori seaweed accentuates the iodized flavor of the nicely dressed scallops, while walnuts and yellow wine add an earthy dimension.
