At Carine and Jérémy's, everything is meticulous and carefully studied: well-chosen ingredients, well prepared by the chef, and an uncluttered dining room where you can still take the time to savor a €27 menu. Today's menu? Leek, potato and crottin crumble fondue, guinea fowl supreme with foie gras port cream, cheese and homemade caramel French toast brioche.
