Gourmet Restaurant
Just ten minutes from the center of Guéret, you're already in the countryside, and this village inn does everything it can to make you feel welcome. A pretty Limousin stone building, contemporary furnishings and solid, well-crafted traditional cuisine: foie gras mi-cuit chutney maison, fricassee of calf's trotters with poulette sauce, pot-au-feu de la mer crème de moules safranée, heart of beef fillet with Brillat Savarain sauce. Desserts in the same vein (hot soufflé praliné amaretto, crêpes Suzette...) in a good complete and rich menu at €70.
