Chef's Restaurant A confidential table that does not usurp the reputation it enjoys among its faithful, so much so that it demonstrates year after year its true savoir-faire. Behind its rather banal exterior lies a pleasant, carefully-crafted vision of French classics. In an always cheerful mood, we come across a crème brûlée of tomato confit, basil and parmesan tuile, pan-fried scallops, mint, chilli, leek and vitelotte, a burger of marinated duck, onion and bell pepper compote, spicy vegetables, an apple confit, praline heart, pineapple chantilly and raspberry caramel.
