Located in the heart of the old village, this restaurant—driven by the vision of its chef, Benjamin Cambas—offers a €30 lunch menu as well as a à la carte menu that’s sure to impress. Among the standout dishes, the lobster and crab tiramisu with citrus fruits delights with its freshness and balanced flavors; for the main course, monkfish is served with peas, pea pods, and a stuffed scallop, and elevated by a seafood emulsion. For dessert, the superb variation on mango and coconut concludes the meal on a note that is both indulgent and refined. For dinner, a blind tasting menu is also available for €72. This cuisine pairs perfectly with a selection of wines from small-scale winemakers, including several organic options.
