High-quality service and well-crafted menus at fair prices, such as the €48 set menu: langoustine risotto with a shellfish and truffle emulsion, braised lamb shank with rosemary, carrot mousseline, and mashed potatoes, and a chocolate-pistachio sphere with a molten center and red berries… All dishes are available à la carte.
