Without making any more noise than necessary, this table near the Vieux Marché continues to find the right compromise between elaborate yet sophisticated cuisine, seasonal produce and a touch of fashion all around: red tuna sashimi with wasabi, yoghurt sorbet quenelle, roasted veal quasi, quinoa risotto with sweet spices, mushrooms and orange blossom emulsion, salmon crumble with chorizo, ginger and coriander vegetables. It's hard to beat this €30 formula on the square, especially since the dessert, sablé breton with apricots, rosemary cream and salted butter caramel, is just as tasty. Langoustines, turbot and fillet of beef are included in the €48 menu.
