Gourmet Restaurant On the threshold of the Vieux Marché, a table that has made its way and its clientele. In a semi-gastronomic style that's a little pompous, but sincere, the moment unfolds well overall, around noble products in the right proportions: langoustine and zucchini ravioli with ginger and coconut milk emulsion, turbot fillet snacked with green asparagus and ratatouille with hollandaise sauce, chocolate dacquoise with hazelnut cream and raspberry ice cream in a well-framed sequence at €46.
