Gault&Millau's review2025
At the top of the Mont-Joux chairlift, a high-altitude restaurant that doesn't fall short of the mark, with an invigorating menu for hungry mountain dwellers. Italian charcuterie (good culatello), veal chop polenta, creamy salted butter caramel rice pudding, and the wine list, with a few local references, shows a little progress. Young, well-organized service, addition also at 2000 m.
