Gourmet Restaurant A sincere, unpretentious restaurant that does its job and maintains its reputation by offering a consistent price-pleasure ratio. Thanks to a varied, regional menu featuring oysters and scallops from the dive, but also good ideas for garnishing an honest €36 menu featuring the all-too-rare plaice, potato and mikan (Japanese mandarin) sauce, or lamb confit after a salmon gravlax. Attentive service, well-crafted desserts.
