This dapper little bistro does its job very well, offering tourists an alternative to crêperies and seafood counters. Oysters from Cancale, of course, but also real food, as in the fine €37 menu: cauliflower velouté with sea bream and gomasio, guinea fowl supreme with root vegetables in yellow wine sauce, melting apple with cider caramel and vanilla ice cream. All served with friendliness and precision.
