Located in the Ateliers des Capucins in Brest, La Forge is a warm and cozy place to enjoy seasonal cuisine orchestrated by Elisabeth Epp, in collaboration with the owners Stéphane Bidamant and Sébastien Kles. Here, French tradition is honored through carefully selected products. The weekly menu, and the menu that evolves with the seasons and the chef's inspiration, invite you to discover a sincere and generous cuisine. Signature desserts include lemon trompe-l'œil and Paris-Brest, a nod to the famous cycling race that ends its run in the city of Brest. Every dish is homemade. The south-facing terrace welcomes you for lunch and dinner, with a breathtaking view of the Brest harbour and the majestic Recouvrance bridge. On summer evenings, it offers the added bonus of a sublime sunset. The arrival of the cable car just a few steps away makes it an ideal place to combine gourmet delights with the pleasure of sharing a good time.
