With its Renaissance arcades and small courtyard, this charming 16th-century mansion at the foot of the cathedral is full of charm! At the helm of the kitchen is Chef Nicolas Rapenne, who serves up an engaging, contemporary take on bistronomy. The €51 menu lives up to its promise, featuring gravelax of whitefish with pink peppercorns, semi-cured tuna with sesame, textured eggplant with ponzu sauce, slow-cooked chicken breast with peas, morels, and tarragon-infused potato compress, or a Black Forest-style dessert featuring panna cotta, sour cherries, cherry candies, and chocolate.
