The bill of fare is very inclusive, with a competitive €29.50 menu featuring fish soup, mimosa egg with beef gravlax, cajun salmon pavé with goat cheese polenta, pork filet mignon with peanut sauce, caramel fleur de sel mousse, rum baba... Another €37 menu, with nobler ingredients, is just as extensive and well thought-out.
