This Flamiche, so dear to our hearts and palates, is a gastronomic landmark. Eric Gachignard, as guardian of the temple, preserves the precious bonbonnière atmosphere of the room, while adapting his dishes to the times: tartare of sea bream with lime and avocado cream of peas in coconut milk, turbot plancha compote of chickpeas with lemon confit artichoke peppers, roasted veal hazelnut with thyme and bacon, tomato confit broad bean brouillade in a good €41 menu, which can be rounded off with the coconut passion dome.
