Chef's Restaurant The Ferme à Partager, which acts as a sort of bistro, is open 7/7 and plays the card of boards to share and meats from the maturing cellar, and the Ferme Expérience, which is open only at weekends and plays the role of flagship. In both cases, the experience is magical, with panoramic views of the mountains and the feeling of being cut off from the world, yet at the center of it.
