In a former farmhouse north of Quimper, this gastronomic-inspired restaurant offers a lovely bucolic break on the banks of the Odet. The tone is bourgeois and the house well-kept, perfect for a weekend stopover with the family. The three friends at the head of the establishment offer contemporary cuisine, with exotic influences: tiger leche with dill, roasted almonds, seaweed salad with sesame and mandarin gel, peach return and conchiglionis stuffed with mushrooms, asparagus, lobster sauce and coral powder, a 350g entrecote with pommes grenailles, a "paris-quimper", buckwheat cabbage, peanuts and kalamansi sorbet.
