Gault&Millau's review2025
A family-run affair in the midst of vineyards, the impression is above all bucolic and human, a warm proximity to nature and our natural relationship with pleasure. Nathalie Burgat's kitchens deliver a rather raw product, a simple, straightforward composition that puts the terroir back at the heart of the matter, for sincere pleasure: fricassee of sot-l'y-laisse and home fries, caramelized pork ribs with honey and sweet spices, a shoulder of lamb confit, sautéed potatoes with thyme and reduced lamb jus, a sympathetic lemon tart. Cave du pays.
