The view of the mountains and a “farm-chic” atmosphere for discerning and demanding vacationers—this tasteful chalet, so beautifully curated by Lauriane and Florian, truly lives up to that promise. Beautiful, graphic plates that stand out distinctly from the rustic style, while showcasing a subtle use of local ingredients—pairing, for example, trout with cauliflower, poultry with Swiss chard, squash with sage, and Jerusalem artichoke with coffee. The seasonal dishes are featured on three set menus ranging from €65 to €105.
