Gault&Millau's review 2026

Mountain views and a chic farmhouse atmosphere for discerning holidaymakers - this is the promise kept by Lauriane and Florian's tastefully staged chalet. The pretty, graphic plates are a clear departure from the peasant style, while showing a fine use of local produce, combining trout and cauliflower, poultry and chard, squash and sage, Jerusalem artichokes and coffee, for example. The seven dishes of the moment define three menus from €58 to €98.
