A gourmet stroll through the Pays de Cocagne, the generosity and rustic charm of a farm where everything is authentic and sincere. Jacques Carles' farm is a bit of a country dream, with its large tables under the beams, and plates that make you salivate: the marvellous Aveyron soup, the gizzard salad, the duck stuffed with foie gras, the homemade tart... The good news is that you can also take home some of the farm's preserved products: charcuterie, duck, oyster mushrooms..
