The site of this former mill, on the banks of a pond and a 21-hectare wooded estate, is a bucolic recreation for the people of Mayenne, who find here a pretty table for their country outings. Chef Quentin Lévêque's cuisine is contemporary and inspired, with a strong emphasis on local produce. Meticulous service and reasonable prices.
