Bistro/Brasserie
Gault&Millau's review2025
In Port Marianne, a superb competition bistro, with its large, luminous spaces (straight lines and lots of bay windows), like the restaurant at Les Demoiselles de Rochefort, where you come to enjoy a fine brasserie cuisine, vast and professional. The presentations are as tempting as they are truth-telling: baked razor clams with parsley butter, Andalusian gazpacho with almond milk mousse and ravioli, swordfish ceviche marinated in lime, quesadillas with Cajun spices and mozzarella, Aubrac beef tartare cut with a Factory special knife and fresh French fries, or old-fashioned French toast brioche with roasted apricots. Efficient service.
