At the heart of the Ateliers des Capucins, the establishment is also accessible by the urban cable car over the Penfeld. La Fabrik 1801 welcomes you all day long, from lunch to dinner. In the dining room or on the south-facing terrace, enjoy a magnificent sunset in the evening, overlooking the Tanguy Tower, the Recouvrance Bridge and the harbor. Our signature dishes include a burger, pizza and pasta featuring Breton sausage and cheese, among other gourmet recipes, and hearty plates prepared by Elisabeth Epp and her team. Homemade desserts are prepared all day long by Salomé, the pastry chef. And to keep abreast of sporting events and concerts, there's a 10 m² stage and screen.
