This restaurant, very much a product of its time, has once again earned its Michelin star by avoiding a haphazard mix of styles and offering a clear, modern menu that translates into a delightful dining experience: Asian-style marinated clam fricassee, foie gras with white port and spicy rhubarb chutney, fresh-caught fish with peas, green beans, blood sausage, and peach, Vallée d’Auge chicken breast with a robust sauce and seared zucchini… Good service—attentive and friendly.
