Getting hooked on Honfleur's sea spray is not a stupid idea. As in the "drogueries" of our childhood, you'll find a bit of everything here: oysters, vegetables, fish from the fish market and beef, but the whole is rather well-ordered, both on the plate and in the service, and deserves to find its toque (it used to be l'Ecailleur). The full menu is available for around €50, with sea bream in a virgin cucumber-coriander sauce with trout roe, beef skirt steak with lovage and espelette oil béarnaise, and choco mousse granola with pumpkin seed praline.
