You can't refuse a mâchon de vigneron, especially if the winemaker's name is Daniel-Etienne Defaix. You'll feel right at home in a friendly cellar, sharing snails and parsley ham, Chablis andouillette with Chablis sauce and the family recipe for ham with Chablis and rice. We'll end on a high note with local cheeses and homemade jam. The place is open until Sunday lunchtime.
