As part of this Folie Douce, which attracts a large number of holidaymakers to its five restaurants at an altitude of 2400 m, the Italian side is represented by this Cucucina, 100% Italian cuisine, whose menu is signed by Denny Imbroisi. Chic and lively, with carefully selected products and familiar flavours well presented by a hard-working team: charcuterie, antipasti, vitello tonnato, pasta and tartar, saltimbocca and polpette... Naturally high prices ("Denny Imbroisi" carbonara at €39).
