Sponsored On the terrace in front of Arcachon's town hall gardens or indoors, La Cucina del Bacino offers year-round homemade Italian cuisine that evolves according to seasonal Italian and local produce. Chef Pierre offers a short menu that changes regularly, with dishes such as pan-fried shrimps with olive oil, garlic, chilli, cherry tomatoes and white wine, paccheri alla positana - his signature dish - fresh fettuccine with red tuna from Saint-Jean de Luz, veal marsala, linguine alle vongole... His wife, Cécile, makes all the desserts, including the famous coffee or red fruit tiramisù and the vanilla panna cotta with its secret ingredient. What a treat! We also love their Italian cocktails served with crispy foccacia. The couple take great care of their customers, who have made La Cucina del Bacino their canteen. The grocer's corner offers a fine collection of delicacies (charcuterie, cheeses, pasta, olive oils...) and the catering service offers tasty cooked dishes.
