Gault&Millau's review 2025

A roadside inn like the post houses of yesteryear. Instead of watering the horses, you can rest your mechanics and enjoy a good, honest meal in the traditional way. Laurent Olivier is in the kitchen, Karine is in the dining room advising on wines, and the business is well run with two good menus, polished by a conscientious cook: mackerel in escabeche, pike-perch in spinach quenelle and champagne sabayon, filet mignon of pork with mung bean vermicelli, cumin jus, pistachio and strawberry crème brûlée in a very good formula at €34.
