For a long time, it was the stronghold of exceptional Sologne cooks like Gisèle Crouzier. Today, this good village inn lives its life with tranquility, but also with an expected care for a rediscovered tradition. Let's remain cautious with safe preparations without too much sophistication, game terrine, snail aumônière with mushrooms or duckling flounder with foie gras, fig sablé and chiboust for dessert. Adequate formula at €39, including Loire wines.
