Selected Close to the Château de Gruissan, a very elegant contemporary restaurant, which combines a historic, bourgeois setting with more refined, contemporary furnishings, for a refreshing change of tone and times. At the table or at the counter, you'll enjoy a market cuisine that is above all marine in essence, with occasional reinterpretations of classics. A la carte dishes, from €26, include grilled razor clams a la plancha with mild parsley and flax gomasio, Gallega-style octopus with mashed potatoes and olive oil, Galician beef tataki with fried rates and pepper sauce, and a Norwegian omelette. Interesting cellar.
