This is a good, serious inn in the Ternois region, where chef Sébastien de La Borde continues to pamper his guests with sincere, local cuisine in a family atmosphere. The €40 menu is frankly a bargain, nourished by seasonal produce, generous and healthy: leek tart with grilled onions and feta cheese, braised veal shank with tarragon gratinated Jerusalem artichokes, peanut cracker with vanilla ice cream, in a vast, appetizing and well-served selection. Bread made with local flours and Sébastien's famous terrine are customary offerings that everyone appreciates.
