Away from the tourist circuit, this is an address for loyal regulars: both the atmosphere and the cuisine are those of a distinguished bistro, where care is taken with both plates and customers. Sauces, expertise and seasonal produce are the order of the day, with duck tourte with pistachios and foie gras, squid fricassee with lobster broth and lemongrass ginger, turbot with bone, sole meunière with Noilly sauce, veal sweetbreads eryngii with hearty jus... A good lunch menu at €32.
