Gourmet Restaurant The setting of the Corderie Royale is enchanting and well worth a visit in itself. But today, we can add to that the quality of this serious table, with its flawless hotel cuisine, offering choice and variety in a well-executed execution: roasted scallops with parsley cream curry and parsnips, yellow pollack in a cashew crust with red cabbage and celery mignonette, veal chop with pleurote sauce and watercress mousseline. Good menu at €42 with apple charlotte or blueberry cheesecake for dessert, appropriate cellar and service.
