Gourmet Restaurant Visitors come for its generous, seafood-inspired cuisine, served in a warm setting combining wood and stone. Spread over several rooms, the restaurant offers a friendly, lively atmosphere, with the impression of a living house, supported by fast, efficient service. On the plate, the proposal is clear and gourmet. Crab remoulade with mango, accompanied by a squid ink tuile, is an original and accessible combination. For the main course, the Cocotte de la Civelle brings together fish, shrimp, seasonal vegetables, Thai curry and coconut milk in a generous composition designed for pleasure and sharing. The meal ends with a regressive Pim's Chocolat Orange, evoking a childhood memory revisited with precision. The wine cellar goes hand in hand with this cuisine, with an extensive wine list covering several regions, offering wines by the glass and by the bottle, as well as beers and spirits in keeping with the spirit of the house.
