Following a takeover by Erwan Le Bleis, La Chaumière, the emblematic South Finistère nightclub, has been transformed into an attractive restaurant and beach bar, ideally located on the Douaniers trail, a stone's throw from Pen Morvan beach in Combrit. In terms of décor, the essentials have been preserved for cachet and style, and the whole space benefits from superb lighting thanks to the beautiful cathedral ceiling. In winter, the cosy atmosphere around the fireplace is matched by a magnificent suckling pig cooked for 10 hours, presented in thin slices with a shiitake and chestnut sauce, accompanied by seasonal vegetables and concocted by Chef Thibault Lennon. You can also enjoy a raclette served in a charcoal-burning half-meal on an authentic Swiss appliance. In fine weather, the beach brasserie atmosphere takes over, with daily suggestions, burgers, seafood and fresh salads. Tapas and cocktails, served on the terrace around the bar in a guinguette spirit, invite you to continue the moment in a festive atmosphere. Open non-stop from 11 a.m. on weekends and 7/7 in summer!
