Gourmet Restaurant A good traditional address outside the center, at the entrance to the town. Fabrice Louis, a disciple of Escoffier and Maître-Restaurateur, has mastered the fundamentals and delights his regulars with fine dishes featuring familiar flavors: foie gras, ravioli gratin, filet of beef with cep sauce and the house's good feet and packages. The setting is welcoming, and the service is attentive, right down to the caramelized apple tart with Madagascar vanilla cream.
