Gourmet Restaurant A cozy bistro on the banks of the Doubs that we love to return to every year for its dynamic, gourmet atmosphere. It's bourgeois and a little canaille at the same time, traditional French and regional cuisine, with hard work and generosity. Johan Grenot's menu includes pan-seared langoustines, mitonné of baby vegetables and Kampot pepper bisque, pan-seared scallops, risotto of fregola sarda with old comté, pontarlier beurre blanc and lemongrass, grilled entrecôte, forestry sauce, morels and French fries, crème brûlée with caramelized walnuts and vin jaune. Good service.
