In the heart of the Baronnies, this charming house, with its summer arbour, is the perfect place to discover creative regional cuisine. The region is well exploited, with well-developed flavors such as a warm crunch of Saint-Ferréol goat's cheese with Camargue black rice and olive paste, a filet of poached skate and fresh vegetables, rice vermicelli sautéed with seafood and coconut milk emulsion with curry and lemon, guinea fowl from the Drôme with Nyons olives, on a slice of spelt bread with blond livers, reduced juice with tomato fondue and olives...
