It's a place where everyone agrees, traditional and modern, young tourists and native Cannois: at Pascal and Allison's, good living and a sense of sharing reign around consensual dishes, marked by a generous southern spirit: zucchini flower fritters, artichoke salad, pissaladière, small stuffings and cod aïoli are combined with more prestigious specialties, such as lobster ravioli or veal sweetbreads and kidneys with morel mushrooms. The ambience created by the owner, the well-stocked cellar with renowned labels and the very friendly service all contribute to the good impression and the two toques.
