Chef's Restaurant Chez Pascal et Alison Sucheta is an ode to bistronomy in a setting perfectly suited to its purpose, with great classic recipes and a decor of molded wood, Parisian iconography, slate and counter. The plates bear witness to real talent: a conscientious tribute to French cuisine. Discover the eggs mimosa, crab and caviar, the aioli from the cellar with Forville vegetables, the beautiful traditional pot-au-feu, the quasi de veau sauce aux cèpes, the tarte tatin to share.
