The three-course menu for €42 (excluding drinks) showcases beautiful, high-quality ingredients: house-made foie gras terrine, fig chutney, and toasted brioche; Andalusian gazpacho with feta and Italian prosciutto, followed by chicken breast with mashed potatoes infused with summer truffles or sea bream fillet with house-made cumin ratatouille.
