This West Indian address is the brainchild of the media-savvy Babette de Rozières. For the past ten years or so, this has been a local institution on the register, as much in the food as in the decor, an elegant island-style house where wicker and wood predominate. Classics from across the Atlantic are well executed: crab stuffed with chilli and fresh garden herbs, calalou with prawns and haddock, soft rice with herbs, lamb mouse colombo à la créole with Caribbean spices... Prices expected.
