The menu, which is renewed monthly to reflect the flavors of the garden, takes you far, far away from the Bouches-du-Rhône. Every day, a dish of the day and suggestions, as the owner continues to innovate. Salmon and tuna ceviche (or salmon and shrimp) on a bed of salad, honey and balsamic vinegar cream with potatoes or sweet potatoes, beef empanada, crunchy Venezuelan arepa, a cornmeal turnover with chicken and avocado (or pork and cottage cheese)...
