Chez Rémi became La Cantine du Quai in the spring, retaining its function as a table for bon vivants taking in the sea air in a consistently lively atmosphere. The menu evolves in line with fashion, with a marine theme: acras, snacked razor clams with seaweed butter and chorizo, fish soup, lean fish tartar, fish and chips, as well as wood-fired grills, fish of the day and prime rib.
