It's a well-known destination for holidaymakers, who return to their beloved Cabane every year in season, with its lively atmosphere, warm welcome and elegantly simple menu: seafood platter, island oysters, foie gras, snails, Charentais chowder, andouillette and veal chop. The cellar is well suited to white wines, including Charentais and Fiefs Vendéens.
