Gourmet Restaurant
This new beachside restaurant makes you feel like you’re having lunch with your feet in the sand. The atmosphere is elegant, with a color palette inspired by beach huts, ranging from red to white. Chef Ker Astou, a graduate of Thierry Marx’s culinary school, offers a fairly simple and straightforward menu. The menu features four appetizers, including a sea bream tartare with avocado and red onion. For fish, there are three options, including a roasted sea bream steak served with polenta and a lemony green sauce. The menu also features three meat dishes, including a tiradito of Prizius “blue-white-heart” rump steak with chimichurri sauce, as well as five desserts, including a strawberry tartlet. The service is relaxed, and the reasonably priced wine list offers a well-balanced selection.
