Gault&Millau's review2026
In this old-fashioned setting, curious visitors will be tempted to browse the shop before sitting down to eat. La Buissonnière offers a welcome escape from the tourist crowds, inviting you into a rather refined world. The cuisine, however, manages to be straightforward and rooted in tradition while remaining thoroughly contemporary: smoked yellowtail with miso mayo, avocado-kiwi salsa; snail puff pastry with Époisses cream; pollock fillet with ricotta gnocchi, asparagus, and lemon; rhubarb financier and verbena on the daily slate—always an interesting selection. Expect to pay around €60 for the full meal.
