A delightful address that cultivates a different style, with its very personal vintage decor, with two friendly hush puppies guarding the entrance, and its relaxed, engaging atmosphere. The cuisine, too, has its share of originality, playing on local ingredients as well as personal ideas: smoked yellowtail, zucchini salad with pea shoot pesto, marrow bone with bacon and onion confit, guinea fowl and foie gras pâté en croûte, caramelized veal sweetbreads, vegetables in tempura. Preferably made with local and organic produce.
