This hotel-restaurant, taken over by Sarah and Nejib in July 2025, delights customers who are happy to discover a very welcoming and accessible setting. The menu is based on traditional recipes. Chef Guillaume celebrates the taste of raw ingredients, thanks in particular to instant cooking and skilful seasoning. Signature dishes include veal sweetbreads with a hearty homemade jus, or mashed potatoes with hay-smoked butter. The Chef favors 0 wastage and works with all products. The house also smokes salmon and sausage. Le rocher Bruyère, a homemade ice cream and whipped cream with tonka beans, is a nod to the estate's stunning views over the Vendée bocage.
