The setting is idyllic and well worth a visit as an alternative to the four-toque fine-dining restaurant. Dimitri Droisneau opened this lovely brasserie for diners who appreciate both styles, particularly by offering a wide menu with a variety of choices: pressed rabbit with apricot, almonds, and rosemary, monkfish with eggplant, saffron-infused mussels, and a shellfish jus; veal shank with roasted peaches, verbena, and a tangy sucrine juice—a multi-course meal to be selected from a rather generous and well-presented €70 set menu, finishing, for example, with the famous house-made lemon tart. The wine cellar is well-stocked with regional wines, particularly those from Cassis.
