Chef's Restaurant Precision in simplicity, exacting standards for the product, whether from the garden or the ocean, a true culinary identity through this particular care in redefining familiar recipes: this is the work of Daniel Rose, who transforms a seemingly banal meal into a little gustatory masterpiece: leeks with vinaigrette, oysters with curry, onglet with pepper, rice pudding. And yet, this sequence in an almost innocuous setting leaves us with fond memories, thanks to the harmony of the textures, the precision of the cooking and the sobriety of the accompaniments. The international clientele is delighted with some fine keels from a cellar that knows how to respond to every craving.
