Chef's Restaurant Daniel Rose's brasserie is a fixture of the Bourse district, demonstrating year after year the power of simplicity when the execution follows. These are obvious plates, expressing a know-how that no longer needs proving, around classics genially revisited: eggs mayonnaise with crab, leek-vinaigrette with Piedmont hazelnuts, vegetable navarin with lamb sweetbreads, onglet-frites and pepper sauce, lemon meringue pie. Impeccable service.
