Even if the neighborhood were overflowing with tables (which it isn't), Stéphane and Sophie Chevereau's address would still probably dominate the scene. Because it's a professional table, in terms of service and plate, and because it has a bourgeois elegance that automatically places it in the sphere of those tables reserved for fine occasions.
