The former Chez Alfred has become this rather inviting pizzeria, with its carefully-crafted dough and toppings. The opportunity to eat in Cassis for around twenty euros is an attraction: not cheap for a pizza, certainly, but the ingredients are well chosen, the tomato sauce San Marzano, the mozza fior du latte, the 22-month Parmesan. You can add a plate of anchovies or Parma ham for starters.
