Perched above the country house and the pool, this charming sheepfold—converted into a place for sharing—offers a more approachable and decidedly gourmet dining experience. Chef Mathieu Guivarch reimagines classic dishes with a healthy dose of authenticity and regional flair. The menu offers plenty to enjoy: zucchini flowers stuffed with herb-seasoned poultry, served with zucchini coulis and pine nuts; a leg of Sisteron lamb cooked in the fireplace; an Aubrac ribeye… Not to mention the generous dessert buffet. The atmosphere is incredibly warm and welcoming.
